A Decision

Some of you know I have been sick for 3 weeks.  Friday night I spent in urgent care and radiology where I found out that I have pneumonia in both lungs.  They say it's the worst they've seen this whole cold and flu season and they weren't sure how I was still walking around, when I do something I do it big lol!  Needless to say I haven't taken any photos since whatever that last day was that I posted and unless these antibiotics start working soon, I don't feel up to taking any for a while.  Although, tomorrow I have another appointment where I've been told I will get the strongest antibiotics, woohoo!  So, that brings me to this decision.  Obviously I have screwed up project 365 and quite honestly, it's a relief.  I made it through 1 year and that was what I had originally intended.  From this point, this will no longer be 365.  I will continue to post photos, maybe even at times nearly every day, but it will be as they come.  No more forcing myself outside when I'm sick, no more going through the motions when I can't see the beauty and light.  This will be a place I post what I think is beautiful, little bits of my soul, and the magic I see through the lens.  I hope you will enjoy the photos and I am looking forward to being able to start this new blogging experience.

  1. Oh- I have not been feeling well either-nothing as drastic as you have...but I have not been online as much! I am sorry to hear that you are not doing the 365 but I GET it! You need to take care of yourself and your sweet, darling family. I have grown to love you and your family as I have watched them grow over the time I have followed you. I hope to someday meet you along the shores of Lake Michigan- you just never know! It would be fun to see Little Miss and SweetCheeks together-2 little Princesses watched by those that love them most! Get well soon! xxooo Dioana

  3. Sad to hear that you are not continuing with Project 365 but your health is more important than any photo. I did love seeing your photos, especially the area in which you live and the plants and flowers and of course your beautiful family. You look after yourself and get well soon, and soon you'll be posting your gorgeous pics once again.
