Day 33 Groundhog's Day

It's not a mistake that the title of the poem is Summer By The Lakeside. I keep wishing. At least it's better than last year. I thought it would be fun to look back at Groundhog's Day 2011 and see what it was like. Are you ready for this?

Look at the size of those flakes! Last year was cold! This year our recent snow has melted, we're above freezing, and the local rodent says early spring. To me this is a definite improvement. I didn't look back any further. If 2010 was warmer, I don't want to know.

BRRRRRRR- I am so ready for Spring and we haven't even had a bad winter. Can you believe how mild it has been?- xo Diana
